Coconut Thogayal
This can be had with Rice & a spoon of gingelly oil.
Ingredients:
1. Grated coconut- 1 cup
2. Urad dhal- 2 tbsp
3. Red chillies- 5
In a pan, add oil and add urad dhal, grated coconut and red chillies and grind (sprinking water).
This needs to be thick in consistency.
Add salt. This can be had with rice, and paapadam
