Andhra Paruppu Podi...

My husband likes the paruppu podi served in Andhra restaurants. Managed to find thee recipe for this finally.

Ingredients:
1. Roasted Gram (Dhalia) or Pottu kadalai- 1/2 kg
2. Garlic (with skin)- 4 pieces
3. Red chillies- 10-15 numbers
4. Salt as per taste.

Dry roast Dhalia. Add 2 tbsp of oil and add garlic, red chillies and handful of curry leaves and fry.Let them cool.

Grind them in a mixie and add salt.
