Olan... (Nyan mellu)

1. Cut winter Melon (Poosanikaai) into thin small sizes.
2. Boil handful of Moongdhal and water.
3. Once the moongdhal is half cooked, add winter melon, split green chillies and let this cook.
4. Add half the quantity of salt while the melon and moongdhal are getting cooked.
5. Add a glass of milk. (now sim it only for few mins.. else taste will change).

Saute with coconut oil, curry leaves and mustard.
