Mint Pottukadalai chutney... (when chutney jar crashed)!

So far, I did not try grinding Mint with Dhalia (Pottukadalai).

My chutney jar crashed and I had no choice but to use the bigger jars.

This went well with Idlies today for morning breakfast.

Ingredients:

1. Mint leaves- 2 handful

2. Green chillies- 2

3. Dhalia- 1 handful.

In a pan, add 1-2 tbsp of oil and add the washed mint leaves.
Toss it for a minute and let this cool.

Add green chillies, mint leaves and dhalia and grind adding salt.

Saute with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
