Ragi Dosa


One more dosa variety I missed.



Ingredients:

1. Rice flour- 1/2 cup
2. Ragi flour- 1.5 cups
3. Channa dhal flour- 3 tbsp
4. Green chillies, curry leaves-lil, jeera- 1/2 tbsp

Mix all of the above by hand, so that there are no lumps.

You can use butter milk, instead of channa flour also.

Add salt. Pre-heat tava and make dosas.

These dosas will be brownish in color.

Goes well with tomato based chutneys.
