Celery Soup

Celery is very good for avoiding memory loss.

This is a very simple healthy soup.

Ingredients:
1. Celery- 6 finger length pieces
2. Lemon- 1/2
3. Corn flour- 1 tbsp
4. Pepper powder- 1/2 tbsp.

In a blender, grind the celery pieces and filter the extract. Now boil it in a sauce pan, adding 1 glass of water. Add pepper powder. When the mixture starts boiling, add salt. Mix cornflour in 1/2 glass of water and add to the boiling soup.

Switch off the stove after 2 mins and add lemon juice and serve.
