Crunchy Kara sev!



A simple snack, for rainy evenings!.


Ingredients:

1. Channa flour (Besan)- 1 cup

2. Rice flour- 2 tbsp

3. Ground mixture of Ajwain(1/2 tbsp), pepper (1 tbsp), cumin seeds (1/2 tbsp)

4.Chilli powder- 1 tbsp

5. Butter- 1 tbsp

6. Salt as required.

Mix all of the above ingredients adding very lil water.

The batter should be thick.

Heat oil in a pan and make murukku with this batter.

Crush the murukku into small pieces and kaara sev is ready.
