Urad dhal Vada, Medhu Vada
Ingredients:
1. Urad dhal- 1 cup (soaked for 2 hours in fridge)
2. Pepper corn- 1/2 tbsp
3. Curry leaves- 1 handful
4. Grated ginger-1/2 tbsp
5. Salt- as required.
Procedure
1. Grind Urad dhal with other ingredients, in grinder without adding water.
2. In a pan, add oil and take a small piece of banana leaf and make vadas.
3. Cook on both sides and serve hot with chutney.
Medhu vada will be crisp, if you grind in wet grinder, without adding water.
