Small Onion Ghee Rava Dosa

Small Onion Rava Dosa with Ghee and Coriander Chutney
For the batter:

1. Add 1 cups of Sooji with 1/2 cup of All Purpose flour and 2 tablespoons of rice flour.
2. Add salt and water and mix well, so that there are no lumps. The batter can be more watery than the usual dosa.

3. Cut a handful of shallots (small onion). Heat up the tava, add the ghee (clarified butter) and add the shallots and make sure that the shallots are cooked well in both sides.
4. Add the batter around the shallots and ensure that the dosa is cooked well in both sides.
5. Serve with Coriander chutney

Coriander chutney:
1.Add a tbsp of cooking oil. Add 1 tbsp of urad dhal, 3 red chillies and a handful of washed and cleaned coriander leaves and toss for a minute
2. Let the mixture cool and grind with salt.
