Mangalore Bajji-A Nice snack

This is a starter/evening snack.


Ingredients:

All purpose flour/Maida- 1cup

Onions- 2- finely chopped

Greenchillies-2 finely chopped

Ginger- small piece- finely grated.

Salt- as needed

Oil- to fry

Mix all the ingredients including salt and mix well adding little water.

It should be a tight dough.

Take a cup of water and keep aside.

Wet your hands and take a small portion of the dough, make a ball and make a small patty.

Heat oil in a pan and once the oil is hot, add the patties one by one and deep fry both sides.

This can be served with Tomato sauce/any chutney
