Arisi Aval Dosa (Rice Flakes and Parboiled Rice Dosa)


Ingredients:
1. Idli rice (Parboiled): 2 cups
2. Rice flakes (Aval): 2 cups
3. Tamarind: 1 small pinch (size of cherry tomato)
4. Red chillies-3
5. Toor dhal: 1 tbsp.

Soak all the ingredients for about 2 hours. Grind until batter is soft.
Add salt and let it ferment over night.
An interesting change vs usual dosas. You can replace the tamarind with tomato also.
