Pattanam Pakoda!- Easy Starter

We had our son's birthday party at home last week.

This was the easy starter that everyone liked.

Ingredients are:

1. Roasted Gram- 1 cup
2. Rice flour- 2 tbsp
3. Fennel seeds (Sombu)- 1/2 tbsp
4. Finely chopped coriander leaves- 3 tbsp
5. Finely chopped Onion- 3 tbsp
6. Finely chopped Ginger- 1.5 tbsp
7. Finely chopped Garlic- 2 tbsp
8. Salt- as needed

Mix all the ingredients well and add water slowly and make a tight dough (like chapathi).
Make small balls and leave it aside for 2 hours.
Deep Fry in oil in slow flame and serve with Coconut chutney.
