Kal Dosa
Soak 3 cups of Raw Rice (Parboiled Ponni) with 1 cup of Urad dhal for 3 hours.
Grind together using wet grinder to a dosa batter consistency. Leave it overnight to ferment.
Heat the dosa pan. Add a spoon for sesame oil and spread the oil.
Make the dosa using a ladle of batter. Close the dosa with the lid. (No need to turn).
Enjoy this crispy variation of dosa.
