Ragi Dosa

Quick and Easy Dosa to make:

Mix 1 cup of Ragi (Finger Millet) flour with 1 cup of Wheat flour (Atta). Add water and mix without lumps to dosa batter consistency.

Add salt and let it remain for 10 minutes. Heat the pan and spread oil first. Add the batter and cook dosa with a lid.

Serve with chutney of your choice.
