Poha Kaara Saara Bath!

This is a simple variation for Poha

Ingredients: 1 cup Poha, 1 gooseberry size tamarind soaked in water, salt as needed, oil as needed
curry leaves, 2 tbsp of coconut,  3 green chillies, 2 tbsp of Roasted gram (Dahlia)

Wash and soak Poha in about 2 cups of tamarind water for twenty minutes.

In a pan, add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Grind the coconut, green chillies and roasted gram. Add the poha and the blended mixture. Lower the flame and add salt.

This is a simple breakfast recipe that is ready in less than ten minutes.
