Tawa Idli
This is a nice snack that can be easily prepared with home made dosa batter.
For about 1 cup of dosa batter, add 2 spoons of Sooji. Let it remain for 10 mins.
In a pan, add Idli powder and oil generously and wait for the tawa to be hot.
Then, pour small lumps of batter. Do not spread like dosa.
Lower the flame and cook with a lid on top. Do not turn this.
It will be crisp in one side and soft on the other side.
Tawa Idli is delicious and it can be followed with a hot cuppa of coffee/tea.
