Angaaya Podi- A natural way to boost immunity!

 

1. Sundakaai- 1/2 cup (Turkey Berry)

2.Manathakkali- 1/2 cup (Wonder Berry)

3.Vepamboo- 1/2 cup (Neem Flower)

4. Coriander Seeds- 2 tbsp

5. Black Pepper- 2 tbsp.




Dry roast each of these and let it cool. Grind  to a fine powder and store in an airtight container.

This can be eaten with Rice and Ghee.
