Last week in my visit to wet markets here in Singapore, a bunch of Tapioca (atleast a kilogram heavy) were sold for less than two dollars and I could not resist the temptation to buy.
This dosa was a left over preparation from pre-boiled Tapiocas.
Soak two cups of Idli rice and 5 red chillies for 3-4 hours.
Grind them in wet grinder together with tapioca and 1/2 cup of freshly grated coconut and salt.
Tapioca dosa was very tasty to have without any side dishes.
