Ingredients:
1. Raw rice- 1.5 cup
2. Chopped tomatoes- 1/4 cup
3. Red chillies-4 or green chilli (1 or 2)
4. Toor dhal- 2 tbsp
5. Tamarind- 1 small pinch
6. Salt
Soak rice for about 2 hours and grind with all other ingredients adding lil water.
Then, make dosas by spreading batter from the corner first and then spread to center.
This was our breakfast this morning.
