Aamai vadai (Not tortoise vada, but paruppu vadai).. Evening Snack

1. Soak equal quantity of Moong dhal, channa dhal, urad dhal and toor dhal
2. Grind well in a blender (sprinkle water - use very very less water).
3. Add salt, chopped ginger, green chillies
4. Make vada in a polythene sheet/banana leaf.
5.Deep fry in oil.
