Rasam Powder

Ingredients:
1. Dhania- 1 cup
2. Channa dhal- 1/2 cup
3. Toor dhal- 1/2 cup
4. Jeera and Pepper- 1 and 1/2 tbsp each
5. Red chillies- 10
6. Mustard seeds- 1.5 tbsp (this will improve the taste of rasam:)
7. Curry leaves- optional.

Dry roast all these and grind. (Just for red chillies, you can add 1 tbsp of oil, while frying).
