Arisi Pori Dosai- Puffed Rice Dosa... Really New...

Hi, I just learnt this from my mom.

Soak equal quantity of parboiled rice and Puffed rice for about 1-2 hours.

Grind them in a blender, add salt and you can make thin dosas.

This dosa can be prepared instantly and you can serve it with any of the chutneys in my blog!
