Simple dosa... Rice+Urad dhal+ Channa dhal..

Soak 1 cup of parboiled rice separately.

Soak 1 handful of urad dhal and 1 handful of channa dhal separately.

Mix and grind these two and add salt. You can make dosas instantly with this batter.

If you cook in low flame and make thin dosas, this will taste great!
