Urgent Dosa

When you dont have time to make dosa batter, you can try this variation also.

1. Rice flour- 1/2 cup

2. Sooji- 1/2 cup

3. Channa flour- 1/2 cup

4. Green chilli- 1 grated

5. Buttermilk- 1 glass

6. Salt- as required.

Mix all of the above ingredients by hand, so that there are no lumps.

Add lil more water to get to a dosa batter consistency.

Pre-heat the tava, and start making dosas.

This will taste like Adai!. I tried this last weekend.
