Rice Dosa


This is a simple dosa, using only Rice.

I tried this for dinner yesterday, learnt from my mom.

Ingredients:

1. Parboiled Rice- 2 cups (Soaked for 3 hours).

2. Curry leaves- 1 handful

3. Cumin seeds- 1 tbsp

4. Salt as needed.

5. Coconut pieces- 1 tbsp (optional)

Rinse the soaked rice and grind adding curry leaves and cumin seeds to dosa batter consistency.

Add the coconut pieces and make dosas.

This dosa goes well with any chutney/sambar.
