Winter Melon Dosa

Thanks to Sriram Radhu Maami's Youtube post of Pumpkin Dosa.

This is her recipe and I have substituted with Winter Melon.





Ingredients:


Raw Rice - 1 cup (Soaked in water for 20 mins)


Winter melon- 1 cup (Peeled and cut in small squares)


Onion- 1 (finely chopped)

Tomato -1 (finely chopped)

Red chillies-2


Grind all the above ingredients and you can make thick dosas. This breakfast/dinner preparation is a nice variation and it was crisp.


You can substitute with Pumpkin or Ridge gourd or Bottle gourd too
