Senai Chips- Yam Chips



This is elephant yam chips- the one that looks like a black football size one!


If you are not allergic to yam, this is a recipe to try, as it is not easily available in stores.

Cut the yam, after removing the skin and spread it in a news paper for more than 3 hours.

Roast it in oil until the color is brown. You can add salt as per your taste.
